The Application Procedure

Upon Application

Submit form with the necessary documents

Submit the application form together with all relevant documents.

Make payment for the application fee

Submit form with application fee of RM 1000.00, which is non-refundable.

Placement Test and Interview

A placement test will be conducted once all relevant documents are received. Our professional academic personnel will meet the students and parents for a discussion so the best decision for your child’s future can be made.

Offer of place

The Letter of Offer will be issued by the school to all successful applicants within a week (subject to the availability of seats).

Things To Know First

The application is required to attach together with the relevant documents as below:

You will need

  1. Two passport-sized photographs of the student
  2. One copy each of the following:
    a) Student’s Birth Certificate & Student’s IC or Passport details
    b) Malaysia Visa type with expiry date *
    c) Father’s IC or passport details
    d) Father’s entry visa / long term visa / work permit *
    e) Mother’s IC or passport details
    f) Mother’s entry visa / long term visa / work permit *
    g) Guardian Authorization letter (if applicable)
    h) Guardian’s IC or passport details & entry visa/ long term visa
  3. A three-year result transcript and a testimonial from the school previously attended by the student
  4. Contract Term and Conditions of Enrolment (fully signed)
  5. Proof of Application Fee (RM 1000.00) made payable to FAIRVIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL IPOH SDN BHD via one of our payment channels
